Harry Nguyen, Director

Harry has many years of experience in Australian businesses. He already worked and owed different types of businesses including coffee shops, restaurants, accommodation, large franchises in Australia. 

Harry come to Bundaberg and recognise agriculture is a challenge and need a large number of skills and knowledge to apply for the development of agriculture in Australia. He realised not only the trending fields as hospitality or accommodation attract a large number of labours but also agriculture needs to be concerned and developed to provide a sustainable economy for Australia currently.

He found his mission is to help Australia resolve the issue by balancing the labour works between farms and ensuring the on-time harvesting progress in every season, and also connecting the farm with the workers to help people to have a short-time and long-time job including both local workers and oversea workers. 

He is now already a Queensland, Victoria, Adelaide Labour Hire Licensing, and helps hundreds of workers to get jobs in the COVID pandemic.

Kelly Wang, General  Manager

Kelly has years of experience in training workers and supervisors. She worked in many different areas in Australia from hospitality to the mining industry. She trained people around Australia. Kelly Wang is the woman of ideas, never stop learning, and overcome any issues her experienced. She always finds a way to make the quality of the job get better and better. She is responsible for training supervisors and arranging the jobs for all of the workers throughout the year.

Peter Nguyen, HR Manager

Peter is a man of steel. He can work in any industry even it is a hard job or an easy job. He worked in many positions before coming to Bundaberg. He is an extremely hard-working and non-compliant man even the job is hard and no one can take it. Workers under his training are always the best ones. He ensures the work performance of workers and the quality of the job for all of the employers.  

Jack Nguyen, HR Manager

Jack is the one who always displays the ability to inspire others to make money and have a sense of purpose. He shows his self-confidence in managing more than hundreds of workers for the employer and making sure they always work on track. He proved her ability by actions and commitments. He is in charge of managing a team that has more than hundreds of workers.

Vincent Chuah, Supervisor Leader

Vincent is a strong leader with integrity, compassion, time and priority management. He is the man who is always respected by workers because of his words. He is a rewarding leader motivating workers by rewards and showing his rules at the beginning of the work. Therefore, workers who stay to work under his supervision are always with the best performance.

Vic Duong, Software Engineer

Vic graduated with a Diploma and Bachelor of IT.  Vic achieved excellent academic performance and always got the highest awards at the university. Currently, she holds in her hand two degrees with Valedictorian awards. She is responsible for all of the systems in the company including payroll, human resources, records, worker management, marketing, and security. She is the one who transforms all of the manual processes to automation and use technology to eliminate paper use.

Amber Le, HR Advisor and Recruitment Consultant  

Amber has years of experience through the time she studies and works in Vietnam with a Bachelor of Anthropology. After that, she continues to get a Master of Commerce specialisation in Human Resources at Macquarie University in Sydney. Through her research study, she understands deeply human behaviour, different cultures, and employment strategy. Therefore, she always finds the best candidate based on employer requirements through the interview process.
