If you receive an invitation to join our company, these steps below will need to complete before you go to work:
1. Fill Employee Application Form
2. Sign Work Agreement
3. Complete the company training for:
- Safety at Work
- How to receive work timetable
- Payment progress
- Where to contact the head office if needed
- Get your worker ID and always use that ID when you sign timesheet
This is the most common question we received from worker.
The payment process on Friday is the latest pay date every week, unless there is an issue in record.
On Friday, we pay for last week work from Monday - Sunday.
For example, on Friday, 3 December 2021:
- We pay for Monday - Sunday (22 November - 28 November)
We did not want to keep wages from workers but the payment process depends on employer records, we need to wait the employer sent it to us, and we also need to calculate wages based on the records.
Records are sent in different day in a week, sometimes it is on Thursday, that is the reason we pay on Friday, if we have the record early, we will pay early.
If you did not receive your wages, you can send inquiry to us, we will check if there is missing record and get back to you.

Administrators will check all of the inquiries on Saturday and try to answer all of them, however, may be there are a large number of inquiries so please allow the time to reach you.
